Due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays on packages.

SRI LANKA

Orders placed on Public Holidays will be delivered on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL

Delivery will be completed within 7-10 days of dispatching the order.

The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location’s government and are not affiliated or charged by Sathi’s. Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties.  Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.


Sathi’s is committed to meeting delivery times as specified for your region. However, occasionally, due to technical updates to our systems, force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions or others, under which our delivery agent services aren’t available or busy seasons, the delivery time might need to be extended and deliveries may take a little longer. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way.


Sathi’s cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Refund policy

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@sathis.lk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any applicable courier charges to be incurred by the customer.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) ,on sale items or gift cards.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Special Note:

  • Return can be arranged only after contacting us via email to info@sathis.lk
  • if we find that the product has not been returned to us in full resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item
  • Change of delivery address cannot be accommodate once the package has been shipped.
